1) Can We Find Error "W" Mintmark Silver Eagles In Green Monster Boxes Of 500?
No. They Are Errors In ONLY The Burnished 'W" Silver Eagles, NOT In The Green Monster Boxes, Even Though Both are Made At West Point. The Burnished Silver Eagles Have The 'W" Mintmark Showing, The Regular Silver Eagles In The Green Monster Box Have NO Mintmark Showing.

4) Silver Is Heavy. We Are Elderly Customers. How Do We Minimize The Weight? Yes, We Agree, Silver Is Heavy. On 90% Bags, We Divide The Contents Of Every $1,000 Face Bag Into 2 Bags, Each Weighing 28 Pounds Each, Which Can Make A Difference In Transporting Them.

10) Do you sell silver maple leafs? Yes, but only starting with year 2007.
11) Do you report any sales or purchases? NO. We are not aware of any reporting requirements and we do not accept cash, so we do not report sales or purchases of ANY amount.
12) When the Tulving Co. is sold out of an item, the Tulving Co. does not sell it, unless it is within 30 days. Why is that? We, like most dealers, can not sell precious metals futures. Over 30 days, in our opinion, is selling a futures contract. We avoid that situation.
13) Can We Track The Shipping Of Silver Purchases To You? Of Course. Call ONLY Between 8:30am PST and 2:00pm PST Monday Thru Friday, Ask For Karen And She Would Be Happy To Provide That Information To You. 15) Do you Send Your Packages Fully Insured? YES. I Pay My Insurance Carrier Over 80K Annually And The Tulving Co. Has Had "Private" Insurance For Many Years. The policy, covers in full, ALL gold, platinum, palladium and silver shipments Thru UPS And The And The Postal Service.
16) On your website, you offer coins for "delayed delivery". FYI, I have actually purchased these coins already from very reputable sources, and I am just waiting for them to be delivered to me by Brinks. As an example, I have already purchased 150,000 Oz of 2009 Silver Eagles from a U.S. Mint distributor, and I am just Waiting for The U.S. Mint to release them. We got as of 1-7-09.
17) Your JM Kilo gold bars do not come with a cert. Why? Simple, I get the bars DIRECTLY from JM,
and JM DOES NOT offer them with certs.
18) I would like the item(s) shipped as soon as possible. How do we do that? Simple, pay us by wire.
19) Is there less gold in a 22kt 1oz gold coin than there is in a 24kt 1oz gold coin? Simple answer, NO.
All 1oz none-pure Gold coins contain "other" metals, but still contain 1oz of gold, so they actually weigh more than 1oz. The "other" metals are added intentionally to make the coin more durable. For example: Gold American Eagles are 22 karat gold, which means they contain 91.6% gold and 8.4% of a copper-silver alloy. Because Gold Eagles are 22 karat, many investors incorrectly believe that Gold Eagles have less than an ounce of gold. This is not so. A 1-oz Gold Eagle contains exactly one ounce of gold. The copper-silver alloy causes the coins to weigh slightly more than their gold contents.
20) What is your "Buy / Sell Spread" on Gold and Silver? A lot of people ask us which Gold & Silver items we sell have the lowest "Buy / Sell Spread". Our "Spread" is about the same regardless of what it is. So you can buy any Gold or Silver item we sell and the "spread" will be about the same.
21) Where do get your spot prices? We use a website called kitco.com We pull directly from kitco.com, the ASK price. We have found them to be the most reliable, up to date and accurate.
22) How to best do business with The Tulving Company:
A. We are very busy taking orders between the hours of 8:30am and 4:00pm PST on weekdays.
B. We are order takers. We do not know if the market will go up or down, and we do not give advice on what to buy. Please look at our website to check availability. Our website is updated continually as items become available.

D. Wire us the funds owed. Make sure your name is on the wire. Your name is your confirmation number.
E. Gold and Silver are shipped UPS Overnight Next Day Saver. For Insurance, they are fully covered by Lloyds of London.
